This new feature was added to help new players learn the nooks and crannies of Lumbridge and Draynor Village. By completing the simple tasks (Beginner, Easy, and Medium) in the tasks tab of your menu, a ring which is upgraded for each level is awarded. The final ring allows you to recharge your run quickly multiple times, turn items in your backpack to coins, teleport you to the Falador cabbage patch, and increase the number of runes you create in one inventory full. For such easy tasks, the reward is high and well worth it. It took me about half an hour to complete if you do the tasks wisely, so I highly recommend completing it.
